Oil study #55
Another pear... I still struggle with my values. The shadow side was too light at some point. I changed it. Now I think it's too dark. Zut alors!

I like to paint pears and apples. That is what I paint when I can't think of what to paint. Nice job. Yummy.
It's a good pear, Johanne. The shape is realistic and the colour gorgeous. I very much like what you did with the catchlight and the reflection is very nice.
