Oil study #80: Forget the Cherries

Today I paid attention to the shape of the glass and the bottle in the back to avoid too much distortion. I used a mirror to look at the painting. It helps to see any asymmetry.

I think I was able to convey the green translucent glass. I like the cherries and they're getting easier to paint.

This is really wonderful, Johanne. The transparency effect is perfect. Your pale green of the glass is most impressive. You really do have the cherries down pat!

This is great. I love the volume in the bottle and the green glass.
