The Falls at Beacon

This painting was started in plein air last August with the Lower Hudson Valley Plein Air Painters (LHVPAP) group at Beacon falls. I recently finished it in the studio. Other than the limited access to a bathroom this is a great place to paint.

This is well done. Love the water. It is so great to go out with other artists to paint. I hope to do some plein air this spring.

Thanks Jo. Do you have a group nearby to paint with? or you'd do it on your own?

Reminds me of other waterfalls you've painted. Like those, this one is beautiful.

BJ, water is one of my favorite subject to paint. There will be (a lot) more to come... :-)
